FAQs

There are four options for designing and customizing a product. 

1. Custom Design: Click it to open the design studio and use multiple tools to create your own design from scratch.

2. Upload Design: Click this to upload your Print-Ready PDF File(s). Ensure the file specification is according to our Help Template.

3. Browse Design: Click this to select templates created by Sweet Print. Customize the selected template with your information through our design studio.

4. Hire A Designer: Have SweetPrint 's design team create a design for you. Give us all the information and/or images to be included in the design, and feel free to provide any preferred design references.

Our system supports RGB (red, green, blue) for producing digital prints. We have accurately mapped color pallet to match RGB to CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, key) to ensure proper 4-color printing.

300 dpi (dots per inch) is the resolution of the output PDF file.

We use offset printing, which provides the highest quality of print material for both text and images.
